Gold in WoW (World of Warcraft) is the main in-game currency that fuels almost every part of the game's economy. Players use gold to repair gear, buy consumables like potions and flasks, purchase mounts and pets, craft or upgrade gear, and trade on the Auction House for valuable materials or BoE (Bind on Equip) items.
