I used MailsDaddy IMAP Backup (https://www.mailsdaddy.com/imap-backup-tool/) Tool, and it couldn't have been easier. I just entered my email login, selected PST as the format, and it backed up all my emails with attachments. No errors, no missing files. Even large PDFs and ZIPs were included perfectly. Ideal tool for stress-free backup
