Webometrics เพื่อการจัดอันดับเว็บไซต์
Webometrics มีชื่อเต็มว่า Webometrics Ranking of World Universities จัดอันดับโดย Cybermetrics Lab หรือ Internet Labเป็นกลุ่มวิจัยสภาวิจัย ณ กรุงแมดดริด ประเทศสเปน ดำเนินการตั้งแต่ปีค.ศ. 2004(2547) ใช้ชื่อเว็บไซต์ www.webometrics.info เป็นการวัดความสามารถในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการที่เผยแพร่บนอินเทอร์เน็ต วัดความสามารถการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีคุณภาพหรือมหาวิทยาลัยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-University) และกิจกรรมผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดอันดับเว็บที่มีการเผยแพร่ผลงานที่เป็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เป็นกิจกรรมผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งการจัดอันดับของ Webometricsจะดูจาก

Size (S) คือ จำนวนเว็บเพจจากเว็บไซต์ทั้งหมดที่อยู่ภายใต้โดเมนเดียวกัน

Visibility (V) คือ จำนวนลิงค์ที่มีการเชื่อมโยงหรืออ้างอิงมาจากเว็บภายนอกทั่วโลกที่ลิงค์มายังเว็บเพจที่แสดงถึงการเข้าถึงและผลกระทบของ web publication นั้นๆ

Rich File (R) คือ จำนวนแฟ้มข้อมูลหรือเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่อยู่ภายในโดเมนเดียวกัน

Scholar (Sc) คือ จำนวนบทความวิชาการ การอ้างอิงบทความทางวิชาการที่ปรากฎภายในโดเมนของมหาวิทยาลัยและสามารถสืบค้นได้ด้วย Google Scholar

ทำความรู้จัก 'Google Scholar คืออะไร'
Google Scholar ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2004 ถูกใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ของวรรณกรรมทางวิชาการ ที่เปิดให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลอ้างอิงกับแหล่งอื่นๆ และติดตามงานวิจัยใหม่ๆ ได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย ขอบข่ายคร่าวๆ ที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้โดย Google Scholar ทั้งหมดนี้คือส่วนเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพซึ่งเปิดให้บริการผ่าน Google Scholar

Google Scholar เปิดให้ทุกคนเข้าใช้งานได้ เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานข้อมูลในการค้นหา ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เช่น วารสาร เอกสารการประชุม หนังสือวิชาการ วิทยานิพนธ์และวิทยานิพนธ์ บทคัดย่อ รายงานทางเทคนิค วรรณกรรมทางวิชาการอื่น ๆ จาก งานวิจัยที่กว้างขวาง เป้นต้น
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักเรียน นักศึกษา นักวิชาการ หรือผู้ที่สนใจ Google Scholar สามารถช่วยให้ผู้ที่เขียนบทความวิชาการสร้างบรรณานุกรมได้ง่ายขึ้น และทุกคนสามารถเก็บเกี่ยวผลประโยชน์ของมันได้

SDGs คืออะไร เป้าหมาย 17 ประการ มีอะไรบ้าง มาดูกัน
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) คือแผนการพัฒนาโลกเพื่อความยั่งยืน
มีเป้าหมายจะขจัดความยากจนให้หมดไป พร้อมๆ กับดูแลรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมและคุณภาพชีวิตของสิ่งมีชีวิตทุกคน ทุกตัว ทุกที่บนโลก แบบไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง
โดยมีองค์การสหประชาชาติ (United Nations) เป็นหัวเรือใหญ่ในการชวนเชิญ 193 ประเทศสมาชิกทั่วโลกมาร่วมมือกันจัดทำขึ้น
โดยมีกรอบระยะเวลา 15 ปีให้แต่ละประเทศวางแผนและติดตามผล เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย 17 ข้อ ภายในปี 2573

  • ขจัดความยากจน (No Poverty)
  • ขจัดความหิวโหย บรรลุความมั่นคงทางอาหาร ส่งเสริมเกษตรกรร อย่างยั่งยืน (Zero Hunger)
  • การมีสุขภาพ และความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี (Good Health and well-being)
  • การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ เท่าเทียม และทั่วถึง (Quality Education)
  • ความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ พัฒนาบทบาทสตรีและเด็กผู้หญิง (Gender Equality)
  • การจัดการน้ำและสุขาภิบาล (Clean Water and Sanitation)
  • พลังงานสะอาดที่เข้าถึงได้ (Affordable and Clean Energy)
  • การจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่า และส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ (Decent Work and Economic Growth)
  • ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาด้านอุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure)
  • การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ (Reduced Inequalities)
  • เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Cities and Communities)
  • แผนการบริโภค และการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน (Responsible Consumption and Production)
  • การรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate Action)
  • ชีวิตใต้ผืนน้ำ การใช้ประโยชน์จากมหาสมุทรและทรัพยากรทางทะเล (Life Below Water)

  • ส่งเสริมสังคมสงบสุข ยุติธรรม ไม่แบ่งแยก (Peace and Justice Strong Institutions)

เกณฑ์การจัดอันดับจาก SCImago วัดจากอะไร ? ม.ไทยติดอันดับระดับโลกได้อย่างไร ?
ซึ่งวันนี้เราจะนำเกณฑ์การจัดอันดับของ SCImago มาให้ดูกันว่าเกณฑ์การจัดอันดับวัดจากอะไรบ้าง SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR) จัดอันดับโดยการดึงชื่อและข้อมูลสถาบัน/หน่วยงาน จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus โดยการจัดอันดับนั้นสามารถดูได้ทั้งแบบในภาพรวม คือ ไม่แยกประเภทสถาบัน/หน่วยงาน ไม่แยกตัวชี้วัด และไม่แยกสาขาวิชาในการจัดอันดับ หรือเลือกดูเฉพาะกลุ่ม โดยแยกเป็น
  • ตามประเภทสถาบัน/หน่วยงาน แบ่งเป็น 5 กลุ่ม คือ Government, Health, Universities, Companies, Non-profit และ All sectors (รวม 5 กลุ่มแรกเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน กรณีต้องการดูการจัดอันดับแบบไม่แยกตามประเภทสถาบัน/หน่วยงาน)
  • ตามตัวชี้วัด แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือ Research rank, Innovation rank, Societal rank และ Overall rank (รวม 3 กลุ่มแรกเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน กรณีต้องการดูการจัดอันดับแบบไม่แยกตามตัวชี้วัด)
  • ประเภทสาขาวิชา ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 19 กลุ่ม เช่น Agricultural and biological sciences และ Computer science
